The PT Programming Manual is divided into the following sections: Section 1, Overview Provides an overview of programming the PBX. Time Service Manual Switching. Siemens Hipath 1120 Phone System and HiPath. And the Siemens HiPath 1120 PABX switchboard is especially cost. And administer Windows Service.
• All equipment included in the contract is covered for parts and labour subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. • Maintenance agreements include an annual onsite technician visit at no additional charge which provides that much needed visual inspection.
• No additional charge for over the telephone instruction or basic programming support. • We provide 2 hour response for a major service call. • Disaster Recovery Plan – Software Backup.
• Critical spares are located at NECALL's Service Centre. • Access to experienced technical expertise when required • Internal escalation procedures in place with access to NEC's technical support. Please note: Moves and Changes (i.e. Relocation of handsets/equipment), additional points or program changes are not included in the maintenance agreement.
