Hey all, glad (I guess.) to see that I'm not the only one with this issue.I have tickets in with Steam Support and 2K Support, we'll see which one likes us more. Just wanted to point out that I tried to 'sneak' into the program by loading a map that I have already created and accessed through built mod to no avail. When I start World Builder, it kicks to the 'back' layer of my desktop and brings the Steam daily sales to the front.

I closed steam as per your instructions, and then opened world builder from the steam steamapps common sid meier's civilization v sdk, as instructed. When you do this and watch from the task manager, it loads up the loading box, steam, and also Civilization5.exe, which then loads world builder.
