When I was in college writing for the campus humor magazine, people highlighted this parody as an exceptional example of the form. Then I was reading the Mike Sacks book where several humor writers cited this yearbook parody as an inspiration, so I tracked a copy down from the library. The time with this book was well worth it. A surprising number of the jokes are still funny 40 years later (and 50 years after the time period it was focusing on), and the book is just exceptionally well put togeth When I was in college writing for the campus humor magazine, people highlighted this parody as an exceptional example of the form.
